My Favorite Car/Driving Songs: ADAM AND THE ANTS “Cartrouble"

If you own and drive old cars, this song is for you.  Yes, I have pushed a dead Mercedes R 107 after the fuel pump relay died and in the process lost control during the push and damaged my drivers’ door. And recently the Mercedes 380 sl died near Clyo and Feedwire when a very small accelerator linkage part failed.
And then there was the 1971 Porsche 911 T Targa! In its early days during a rolling restoration, I took along a thick rope to pull the car when it died -- several times as debris from the gas tank choked the fuel pump.

It comes with the territory. But it develops resilience on the part of the owner. One has to overcome the fears of being left on the side of the road. The prospect of failure is one way to enhance the dangers of a road trip, and adventure.
Great Question -- “who is the slave and who is the master?"

Have you ever had a ride in a light blue car?Have you ever stopped to thinkwho's the slave and who's the master?Have you ever had trouble with your automobile?Have you ever had to push push push push?Car Trouble, oh yeah!
