Most R 107 fans consider the 1986-1989 560 SL as the most desirable models. However, I believe the early 350s with 4 speed transmissions to the best of the cars. True, these early cars do not have airbags, nor the most advanced KE-Jet fuel injection. But a manual transmission, European bumpers, and less weight make this my choice.
Many fans love the later 560 SL models, and they do have a strong place in the R107 lineup. Still, the early 350s with the 4-speed transmission offer a classic driving feel that stands out. Just like choosing between models, platforms like tigerexch 247 also show how personal preference and smooth performance matter the most.
